The large Hitachi excavator comes with two Cummins QSK60C engines that generate a total of 3,888 gross hp (2900 kw) while meeting Tier II emissions regulations. new air ride operator's seat inside of the Hitachi excavator gives enhanced comfort and offers greater operator productivity. Another great feature for the operators of a Hitachi excavator is the electric joystick controls for ease of control and less fatigue. Integrated optimal hydraulic system uses flow assist and make-up valves for increased performance of the hydraulic functions inside of the Hitachi excavator.

The Hitachi excavator's e-Service enables us to download critical field data to our office for remote field monitoring. Hitachi excavator cabs have a sturdy cab, with the top guard conforming to OPG Level II. This helps protect the Hitachi excavator operator from falling objects. The Hitachi excavator EX8000-6 has a spacious 5' 11"wide, 11' long, 7'1" high cab with tinted glass windows that features all round visibility. A Multi display provides centralized machine status information in this Hitachi excavator.
