Ahern Rentals is looking for a Customer Sales Support Representative for our Las Vegas office to continue our tremendous success and unparalleled growth, we are searching for a self-motivated individual to oversee and manage the Equipment Parts Plus Division to ensure excellent customer service while promoting profitable parts sales and meet the projected parts needs of customers.

This position will work closely with customers as a support liaison for the retail parts division and the focus will be on customer ordering with quick response solutions. The focus will be on customer satisfaction and parts revenue growth whether it be internal or external.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First Responder to inbound customer calls to the tech line, proving excellent customer satisfaction
  • Provides assistance/ parts research for customers
  • Responds to email messages and website inquiries for customers seeking help
  • Take orders from website, phone, emails and walk-in traffic – Targeting customers and driving parts revenue sales
  • Escalate unresolved calls using the appropriate protocol to facilitate a resolution
  • Coordinates with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
  • Works with staff to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Attend Trade Show when needed
  • Secure and generate sufficient gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty
  • Assists in developing parts sales promotions as well as marketing plans
  • Other duties, as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent 2-3 years previous management and strong parts operations/inventory management background in the Construction, Rental, Industrial or Manufacturing field is a plus
  • Parts Sales and retail Revenue Sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional phone manners and effective listening skills with proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills required (MS Windows, MS Office) AS400 experience a plus
  • Must be a team player with strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks with varying levels of responsibilities while meeting deadlines
  • Flexibility to work in a constantly growing and changing industry
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to pass drug test and background check
  • Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)
