Ahern Rentals is looking for a Credit Service Representative to collect on past due balances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts to collect on past due balances
• Input notes about collection activities into customer’s file
• Research and prepare documents for pre liens
• Provide letters of release to customers
• General office duties (filing, answering phones and copying)
• Other duties, as assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Prior collection or accounts receivable experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organization skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check
• Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)
