Trailers

U-Dump
Built strictly from top grade materials, all trailers are made with the latest construction techniques to eliminate bending and breakage in all stress areas. U-Dump Trailers manufactures a variety of sizes, styles and weight ratings, with numerous available options to provide customers with a trailer specific to their needs. From hauling equipment to storing construction debris for later disposal, U-Dump trailers are multi-purpose trailers for commercial and residential use.

Landoll Corp.
The Model 900 Series Traveling Tail trailer, designed primarily for the rental industry is available in either 35- or 50-ton capacity and features a simplified, one hydraulic control for three hydraulic operations. There are no hydraulic lines, hinges or pins behind the tail to contend with or maintain. Available in either tandem or triple axle, the 900 series is available with either 12-, 14- or 15-foot tail lengths. Recent product enhancements to the 900 series include 12-inch crossmember spacing standard, LED lighting package, 25,000-pound axles and a standard apitong wood-covered tail with a lifting capacity of 24,000 pounds.

Las Vegas-based Ahern Rentals has added 38 Landoll 930 and 950 trailers to its fleet because they have reduced maintenance costs by 75 percent. Don Ahern, president, says they are also the easiest trailer to train drivers on and offer better weight distribution. “Until you have truly owned a Landoll 900 series trailer, you can not possibly understand how valuable the Landoll trailer is to your transportation fleet,” Ahern says.

Dethmers Manufacturing
The Demco Model DT6000 aluminum tilt-bed trailer features an overall trailer length of 20 feet and a bed length of 14 feet. Its maximum loading incline is 15¼ degrees. Other features include surge brakes on all four wheels with self-adjusting uni servo brake shoes and an industrial-duty surge brake actuator by Demco. Winches and tie down chains are standard.

Advance Metalworking Co.
The new Lo Riser Inclining Platform Trailer allows users to stop, drop and load cargo faster and more efficiently. It features a 74-inch by 14.8-inch load-carrying platform that can be hydraulically lowered to ground height with a flip of the control switch. The built-in ramp then allows easy, drive-on access for quickly loading or unloading cargo or equipment. When lowered, the trailer allows a minimum 5-degree angle ideal for low-ground clearance or reduced gradeability vehicles. Simple operation, flexibility and enhanced safety allow for one person to load and transport up to 10,000 pounds of cargo. The rental package includes an on-board battery with charger.

AmeriDeck
The new patent-pending product family from AmeriDeck has two main decks that fit full-size pickup trucks. Super Deck is a light reinforced platform that carries equipment, loads or vehicles. Chore Master is the light, dump bed variation. The beds are interchangeable and they can lift, dump and transport on a regular 8-foot pickup making it multi-functional.

JLG Industries
Triple-L trailers incorporate a Power Deck hydraulic system that allows the operator to lower and raise the deck hydraulically in less than 15 seconds so loading and unloading a trailer is more efficient. There is no need for cumbersome ramps, ascending grades or using additional personnel. The trailers are designed to enhance safety, reduce transport costs and increase customer service. Standard features include two lockable steel compartments, a quick-adjust tongue jack, heavy-duty tie down rings and a 12-volt system that powers the hydraulic pump used to lower and raise the deck.

Bil-Jax
Escalate drop-deck trailers are designed to make moving equipment from jobsite to jobsite safer and easier. The ET 7000 and ET 12000 move capacities of 7,000 pounds and 12,000 pounds respectively. A simple movement of the joystick lever housed in one of two frame-mounted compartments lowers and raises the decks to and from the ground. With only a 6-degree ramp angle, one person can safely load and unload equipment quickly and efficiently while the trailers are connected to their tow vehicles.

TerraMarc Industries
The Load-N-Lift Trailers make hauling a one-person job and are designed for a variety of low-clearance, compact and mobile equipment such as skid-steer loaders, snowblowers, mowers, scissorlifts and compaction equipment. Load-N-Lift Trailers completely lower the deck to the ground by using an electric hydraulic or manual hand pump, with a drive-on angle of less than six degrees for ease in loading/unloading. Load-N-Lift Trailers are available in three sizes: 10 feet, 10 inches by 51 inches; 15 feet, 6 inches by 77 inches; and 18 feet, 2 inches by 81 feet, .5 inches.

Rogers Brothers
The latest specialized application model trailer from Rogers Bros. was designed and built for a major southwestern utility company to transport emergency transformers. It will also haul rough terrain cranes, excavators or other heavy equipment with little or no breakdown. Stretching more than 90 feet, this 60-ton capacity trailer features three air-ride axles with 54½-inch axle spacings combined with a 14-foot, 1-inch booster assembly and two detachable axles. The 26-foot platform deck easily fits under most super loads.

Doran Manufacturing
The Doran PressurePro Tire Pressure Monitoring System continuously monitors pressure of all vehicle tires, including construction trailers, and displays them in a digital readout in the vehicle's cab. The pressure of up to 34 tires is shown, allowing the driver to monitor leaks and schedule repairs or replacement without breakdowns, or downtime. Audible and visual alerts notify the driver of low-pressure conditions.
