Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

· Manage inventory of parts to include; cycle counts, annual inventory, reduction of excess and obsolete stock

· Drive efforts to achieve and exceed sales goals

· Overseeing all local accounts for cost savings and compliance

· Review invoices at your locations to ensure timely payment

· Make sure all parts request from the shop are processed timely

· Review and clear inventory discrepancies.

· Manage vendor relationship to ensure parts pricing and shipping timeliness

· Providing crucial support cycle counting and maintaining inventory integrity for your parts room

· Lead parts growth for all facilities by measuring performance, analyzing results, and recommending improvements

· Oversee and review out-going transfers, from your location to other Ahern rentals shops

· Liaison between customers and internal staff Service Managers, and Sale Staff to resolve customers issues, problems, and opportunities

· Innovate improvements and solutions to ensure best in class service to include parts room metrics for part rooms daily functions

· Conducting educational training to all correct operational procedures along with AS400 software

· Accomplish set goals that are determent by management

· Other duties as assigned by Management


· 3 year previous management experience

· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required

· Experience with RentalMan (AS400) is a plus

· Preferred UPS software knowledge

· Basic computer skills preferred

· Leadership experiences is a must-have

· Coming from Rental Equipment origination background is a plus

· APICS member and cert. is a plus

· Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

· Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)
