Job Title:  Digital Media Coordinator

 

Job Summary: The Digital Media Coordinator creates informed and effective digital and social media campaigns that appeal to our target audience of potential customers, hitting our key metrics on awareness, engagement and growth.

The social media postings are responsible for promoting the brand(s) and reputation of the company.  It is the Coordinator’s responsible to follow any conversations relative to the post and to interact with any public responses. It is also their responsibility to maintain the integrity of the brand through the company’s social media channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Driving all social media strategy across multiple companies and departments
  • Developing creative growth strategies through social media lead generation
  • Identifying trends and insights to optimize ad spend and campaign performance
  • Stay up to date with social media trends as well as industry and competitor activity
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and posting unique, engaging, and brand-centric content on our social media channels to drive engagement, grow audiences, drive revenue and promote events.
  • Ability to work in an environment that is both proactive and reactive where timing and responsiveness are key to success
  • Work closely with key contacts for each brand, globally
  • Generate relevant content for our International locations with awareness of time zones, translations and transferability of messaging.

 

 

Skill Requirements:

  • Familiar with Google Ads/Analytics
  • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram is a must, including Ads
  • Proficient in Hootsuite
  • Candidate must be a self-motivator, creative, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, problem solver, innovative and organized.
  • Critical requirements: communication, building the brand through tone, voice and visually arresting content, and the ability to drive traffic from our social networks to our platforms.
  • Excellent storyteller
  • Copywriting and copy editing
  • Optimize content and technology
  • Ability to follow internal approval process
  • Open and transparent communication
